Profit were founded in 1996 as The Principle Partnership in order to provide a
high quality recruitment service to the Not for Profit sector. Jayne Morris
joined TPP over ten years ago and quickly progressed from Team Leader to
Managing Director. In 2008 the company was acquired by TPP
Recruitment LLP and Jayne became Chief Executive Officer.
Under Jayne’s leadership, the company has grown, while remaining
committed to our founding principles.
TPP was recently voted Best Recruitment Agency in the 2013 Partners in
Fundraising awards and the company offers a variety of free services to help
not for profit organisations.

Rob Hayter
Director at TPP Not for Profit and Trustee of the National Childbirth Trust
Rob was appointed as a Trustee of NCT (National Childbirth Trust) in June 2008, Chair from June 2010 to September 2012.
Since 1998, Rob has specialised in recruiting at a senior level in the not for profit and charity sectors. He is part of the SMG of TPP Not for Profit, the specialist third sector recruitment consultancy, and leads the Senior Appointments division sourcing Chief Executives and functional Directors nationally and internationally.
Rob attends and speaks at many third sector events and conferences, for example across fundraising, finance, impact, HR, leadership.
